Personality.
papyrus is shown to be laid-back, fun-loving, a bit blunt and lazy, sort of .. perverted. he sleeps in his room, like always. he also enjoys making awfully made puns, smoking cigarettes, being apathetic. he hates keeping promises, like really he hates keeping promises. when he's apathetic and never do what his big brother wants, he gives his brother 'sans' made-up excuses, but he still love him brotherly and more than anything! and sure, papyrus has a dirty-mind, and his addiction to cigarettes and video-games .. he can't stop doing this non-productive stuff. honestly he can .. be serious at particular points. did i also mention?! he plays the trombone!
Abilities.
papyrus moves exceedingly quickly or teleport through his frequent use of "shortcuts," as he calls them. in battle he uses those weird-shaped dragon or goat skulls, as he calls them "gaster blasters" .. he can use his special attack. and what were they again ..? the blue bones .. well, as long as you don't move then i guess it won't hurt you.

Goddamnit Shans Why Eels?!
I think I'll start with my mess of a inter dimension crossing weirdo skeleton.
The intensely frowning, dusty blue boned skeleton walked though his transporter once again. He'd never been to this dimension before. Most of the time he spent looking for his home universe of Undertale, which obviously once again had been a bust. What a shame, he thought he had got the equation right this time. Well, it wasn't like he was a math genius...Like some know it all he knew. His rivalry with Sans was still very strong to this day, though, he had only knew Sans as a kid. What a grudge to keep. He walked forward slipping on a patch of ice and falling. Ugh. What a damn day.
